Our client, a leading player in the waste industry, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their East End team as a Customer Service Representative on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Conduct outbound quality assurance calls to ensure client satisfaction Identify and pursue recent sales opportunities to grow active accounts Schedule service calls and prepare customer agreements Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records and databases Support invoicing, collections, billing, and reporting processes Complete other administrative tasks as assigned At least 2 years of customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel The ability to communicate verbally in both English and French is considered an asset Health and dental benefits ~2 weeks' vacation ~Monday to Friday, No weekends ~ Casual environment Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
