Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) seeks a Clinical Nurse Leader (RN/RPN) to provide leadership for a Victoria-based unit. The role coordinates daily clinical activities, supports staff development, and ensures efficient use of resources across the multidisciplinary team.

The position requires BC RN/RPN registration and 3–5 years of recent related experience, with at least two years in a relevant clinical setting. Regular full time hours and a structured shift schedule are offered.
