As a key member of the Hot Stove team, you will provide top-notch beverage service to guests, strictly adhering to Smart Serve principles and MLSE’s policies. Your role involves monitoring inventory, preparing the bar, and responding to guest inquiries with informed, friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver responsible beverage service adhering to Smart Serve principles
• Ensure compliance with AGCO and MLSE regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare the bar for service
• Act as a community ambassador for MLSE
• Follow all health and safety policies during service
Requirements:
• Smart Serve certification required
• Previous bussing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to work under pressure and multitask
