As a Spare Customer Service Sales Agent, you'll report to the Supervisor of Customer Service at Ontario Northland. This role requires adaptability and readiness to fill shifts during peak times and employee absences at Moosonee Station. Your responsibilities include selling tickets, processing baggage, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell ONTC bus/train and interline tickets
• Provide fare and schedule information to customers
• Process incoming and outgoing luggage weighing up to 75 pounds




• Conduct daily audits to reconcile paperwork and sales
• Address customer inquiries and complaints via various channels
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or GED
• Experience in rapid-paced customer service
• Strong computer skills with Windows applications
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Cash handling and reconciliation experience required
