In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals to monitor services, respond to incidents, complete routine operational activities, and help maintain secure, reliable, and available environments. This role is designed for an early-career qualified who is eager to develop hands-on skills across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), automation, infrastructure monitoring, and enterprise support practices. In this role, you will monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and operational dashboards across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments, responding to alerts and incidents by following established operational procedures and escalation processes. You will perform routine cloud administration activities, including system health checks, access reviews, and operational maintenance, while assisting with the provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning of cloud resources under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves supporting backup, recovery, patching,



and maintenance activities across cloud and hybrid environments, troubleshooting foundational infrastructure, networking, and application issues, and escalating complex problems when appropriate. Using IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, you will track and complete operational work, assist with monitoring, logging, and observability tools to identify service availability and performance issues, and support hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and Linux virtual machines hosted on cloud platforms and Microsoft Hyper-V. You will also contribute ideas for automation, continuous improvement, and operational process enhancements while adhering to applicable security, governance, compliance, and operational standards. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients and their customers, constantly adapting to the pace of change, to ideate, innovate, and embed continuous advantage at the heart of their operations. You are someone who has these skills, experience &

qualifications: ~2+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, service desk, technical support, or cloud operations. ~ AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI. ~ Foundational knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. ~ Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing.



~ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ~ It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Google Cloud Digital Leader, or OCI Foundations Associate certification. Exposure to ServiceNow or another IT service management platform. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor, or Amazon CloudWatch. Introductory scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
