You will lead a team of operators and team leads, coordinating labour, capacity, and material flow to meet targets while resolving bottlenecks and ensuring safety. This role requires robust manufacturing experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coach and develop others in a fast-paced CNC and fabrication environment.
