Elmer's Manufacturing Ltd. in Manitoba is seeking a CNC & Fabrication Lead to own production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations.

You will lead a team of operators and team leads, coordinating labour, capacity, and material flow to meet targets while resolving bottlenecks and ensuring safety. This role requires strong manufacturing experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coach and develop others in a quick-paced CNC and fabrication environment.
