Join Q2 ALS as a skilled CNC Machinist located in Red Deer, AB. This role focuses on operating and programming advanced Mazak and DMG CNC machines in a clean, organized environment. We are looking for a Journeyman Machinist to take on high-precision tasks using multi-tasking CNC equipment.

Experience with creating Mazatrol programs or editing G-code is essential for this position. Ideal candidates will excel in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring production goals are met while upholding solid safety standards in machining. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and program Mazak and DMG CNC machines
- Perform complex setups on multi-tasking CNC machinery
- Run multiple CNC machines for production support
- Train and mentor team members in CNC operation
- Maintain an organized and clean machining environment

Requirements:

- Journeyman Machinist certification or equivalent experience
- Proficient in CNC programming and operation
- Ability to read engineering drawings accurately
- Strong mechanical knowledge of machining processes
