Express Employment London is currently recruiting for a Collections Officer, for our well established and growing client in South London.

Base: $40k per year + monthly performance bonus
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
:
- Collecting of non-legal and legal files (20 debtor contacts a day)
- Correspondence with client's
- Preparing files for legal action
- Processing payments
- Claims solicitation
- Attend at weekly Work Progress and Review meetings, collection meetings and training seminars, occasionally outside normal business hours, as required by Manager
- Locate debtors using telephone directories, the Internet and a variety of other means
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Experience in a similar role is ideal but not a requirement.
Must have robust personality and interpersonal skills.
Robust typing and computer skills.
