Job Title: Commercial Manager | Req ID: 18263| HR Contact: Based in Saskatchewan, this role will provide leadership and strategic support across our Ready Mix, Aggregates, and Construction businesses, with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, business development, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with business unit leaders to identify opportunities to grow the business, improve financial and operational performance, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize the value of our integrated operations. Develop commercial strategies that improve profitability, strengthen market position, and support sustainable growth.
Identify and pursue major infrastructure, industrial, mining, and commercial project opportunities. Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and stronger business results. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and identify new market opportunities.
Lead commercial programs, systems, and tools that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost management, productivity, procurement, logistics, and resource utilization.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.

Field of Study Preferred: Business, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience and 5 years of experience in the construction materials industry.
Required Technical Skills: Robust Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using business systems and tools to support sales and business decisions.
Travel Requirements: 25% Strong business development and commercial skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong understanding of the construction materials industry.
Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
