We’re working with a leading HVAC manufacturer looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow their commercial business across Quebec. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a sales team while continuing to build relationships with HVAC contractors, consulting engineers, and key customers . Lead, mentor, and develop a commercial sales team Build and execute sales strategies to drive growth across Quebec Develop relationships with contractors and consulting engineers Support equipment selection, specifications, and sales Identify new business opportunities and expand market share Work closely with customers and internal teams to drive results 5+ years of sales management experience ~ HVAC/R or technical industry experience ~ Experience working with consulting engineers and contractors ~ Solid leadership and relationship-building skills ~ Proven track record in sales and business development ~ Engineering or Business degree preferred ~ French fluency is required A chance to lead a strong commercial sales team, influence the growth strategy for Quebec, and make a meaningful impact within a well-established HVAC organization. #
