Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Community Health Worker to provide personal care support in clients' homes and help maximize independence. You will follow established care plans and assist with daily living activities in a compassionate, patient-centered manner. Travel between multiple sites is a regular requirement; a valid BC Driver's License is needed. The role starts Oct 2, 2026, with a 1.00 FTE schedule and shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
