Engagement in our Complex Auto and Traumatic Psychological Injury programs allows you to deliver comprehensive assessments and treatments. Using evidence-based care, you will guide clients recovering from cognitive and physical impairments, and develop personalized intervention strategies for both in-home and community settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat clients with mental stress and physical impairments
- Perform cognitive rehabilitation and ergonomic assessments




- Conduct in-vivo exposure therapy and coping strategies
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to clients
- Document and report treatment outcomes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Valid registration with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Reliable vehicle for client visits up to 1-1.5 hours radius
- Commitment to client care and ongoing qualified growth
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with auto sector legislation is a plus
