- Facilitate clients in personal plans and goals
- Create a supportive and engaging workplace
- Assist with personal care and medication needs
- Encourage community inclusion through activities
- Complete required documentation promptly

Requirements:

- Certificate in Disabilities Studies or equivalent experience
- Current Standard First Aid CPR/AED – Level C certification
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Ability to support both children and adults
