Optima Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team across Western Canada. You will collaborate with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a compassionate setting.

You will administer medications, support care plans, document accurately, and assist with admissions, mobility, and end-of-life care while maintaining dignity and respect for residents. Strong communication is essential.
