Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home support services to clients daily
• Follow care plans and document client progress
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:
• Registered with BC Care Aide Registry (for CHW 2)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle needed
