Reporting to the Supervisor of Capital Acquisition, you will provide administrative support for the Rapid Transit Program Office. Your responsibilities will include tracking project milestones, managing property files, and coordinating deliverables with various stakeholders. Utilizing your expertise in records management, you will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and maintain a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor task completion to ensure project deadlines are met • Communicate decision-making deliverables to internal stakeholders • Administer property activities and coordinate work with external services • Produce documents and reports for internal and external use • Track budgets and reconcile contracts and invoices

Requirements: • Minimum post-secondary education required • At least 2 years in administration within Legal/Realty field • Robust organizational and record management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Valid G class license preferred but not required
