Job DescriptionReporting all sustainability / ESG topics to the Global Tax Manager (no tax experience is or will likely be required), the analyst supports the day-to-day administration of the Redpath's Sustainability initiatives, performing functions such as:Coordinate with regions / Business Units to effectively gather and collate data required for corporate sustainability and ESG reporting; Prepare and submit the Corporate Sustainability (European Sustainability Reporting Standards and EU Taxonomy) filings including Reporting all sustainability / ESG topics to the Global Tax Manager (no tax experience is or will likely be required), the analyst supports the day-to-day administration of the Redpath's Sustainability initiatives, performing functions such as:Coordinate with regions / Business Units to effectively gather and collate data required for corporate sustainability and ESG reporting; Prepare and submit the Corporate Sustainability (European Sustainability Reporting Standards and EU Taxonomy) filings including preparing supporting working papers as needed; Manage and coordinate Sustainability & ESG materiality assessments and stakeholder reviews; Assist with audit / assurance process (in coordination with external service providers and regulatory authorities); Draft and edit documents, presentations and other materials to update the leadership, clients and fellow employees on Redpath's sustainability/ESG progress; Work with international offices on regulatory reporting requirements around Sustainability & ESG in various jurisdictions; Assist with required Sustainability and ESG disclosures in the tendering process and to address other inquiries arising from Redpath's clients; Coordinate withcorporate communications to keep marketing materials and Redpath's website up to date on sustainability initiatives and statistics; Participate in ad hoc projects on various topics.
