As an In Seat Server with MLSE, you will play a critical role in enhancing the fan experience. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with servers and bartenders, monitoring seating areas, and responding to inquiries warmly. Ensure your workspace is organized while adhering strictly to service standards and health guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food and drink orders swiftly to seated fans
• Communicate with other service staff to coordinate orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
• Respond to fan inquiries with knowledgeable assistance
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently
Requirements:
• Smart Serve certification is mandatory
• Legal age for alcohol service required
• Proven customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift trays and move quickly is essential
• Excellent communication skills under pressure required
