We are currently recruiting forCustomer Service Representatives to support our clients across theTri-Cities region , includingCoquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody . Successful candidates will join ourcasual/contract/permanent pool , providing short-term coverage and support as needed.

Requirements

- Minimum3-5 years of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency inMS Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients
- Ability toprioritize tasks and meet deadlines in afast-paced workplace
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Flexible availability , including the ability to work on short notice and adapt to different workplaces

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance withinternal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors/clients
- Maintainconfidentiality of client information




- Meet tight deadlines in afast-paced or transition environment
