This hybrid role focuses on large-scale quantitative studies and collaborations to enhance occupational health practices.DataNB is seeking a full time Research Scientist to initiate and lead various research projects. You will focus on workforce and occupational health, working with administrative data, claims, and chronic disease datasets.
Your senior leadership will ensure the sustainability of DataNB while driving research productivity and facilitating grants in the field of occupational medicine.Key Responsibilities:Design and manage large-scale research and evaluation projectsSupervise and mentor research and evaluation staff teamsConduct statistical analyses for publication-ready outputsOversee the creation of research reports and scientific manuscriptsLead the communication of statistical results with stakeholdersRequirements:PhD in health, epidemiology, or biostatisticsMinimum 2 years in a research role, independent from graduate studiesExperience with administrative and claims dataBackground in workplace health and mentoringStrong analytical skills and effective communication abilitiesElevate workforce health standards through your expertise and leadership in research with DataNB.
