As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your expertise in equipment upkeep and problem-solving will be essential to maintain facility operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and buildings
• Perform preventive and demand maintenance on systems
• Assist in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations
• Respond promptly to alarms and service requests
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and coordinate subcontractors
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC and building systems
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 30 kg
• Must achieve required security clearance
