This seasonal term position will have you managing a small team dedicated to the Christmas Kettle fundraising campaign. You will promote the initiative through various channels, maintain relationships with local leaders, and oversee recruitment and training of kettle workers. Your role is essential in ensuring the kettles operate efficiently, meet community needs, and generate donations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of the Christmas Kettle campaign
• Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers and workers
• Promote the campaign in the community and on social media




• Maintain kettle supplies and locations consistently
• Provide post-campaign support for future initiatives
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Customer service experience preferred
• Understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
