Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the site(s) to ensure clean and safe setting for tenants, customers, contractors and employees.

Shift details: Shifts: 1:30pm to 9:30pm or 8am to 4pm / Saturday 10:30am to 6:30pm / Rotation Shifts might apply; Liaise with Tenants and Contractors and maintain relations. Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on building structural elements and finishes, building equipment, HVAC systems and others as directed. Monitor building automation system.

Adjust HVAC equipment and setpoints. Respond to tenant HVAC related calls. System monitoring of mechanical equipment. System monitoring of fire life and safety equipment. Coordinate contractor access and ensure all deficiencies are rectified.

Advise supervisor on any building inefficiencies. Respond to emergency after-hour calls and participate in on-call services as required. Assist with seasonal building requirements. Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and miscellaneous repairs on site.

Housekeeping of all mechanical and service rooms. Other duties / projects as required. Relevant work experience or education background (Building Environmental Systems or any other related industry programs).

Experience performing minor repairs, painting, drywall and plumbing.



Familiarity with safe work practices and construction standards. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service.
