In return, we provide an environment where you can thrive and grow while being part of a collaborative team focused on innovation and craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.Maintain warehouse layout, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.Oversee all storage, put‑away, replenishment,



and staging activities with a focus on FIFO/FEFO.Optimize warehouse utilization and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Manage inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation against the ERP system.Collaborate with Production Planning to ensure material availability aligned with schedules.Coordinate strategic space planning to support new product launches and high‑volume periods.Partner with Quality to support traceability, hold/release, and food safety compliance.Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, and safety.Qualifications3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing, beverage, or CPG, preferred.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is an asset.Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel required).Key CompetenciesPeople leadership with strong coaching and development skills.Operational mindset with commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapid‑paced setting.Strong cross‑functional collaboration.Job Type & LocationFull-time, Permanent.
