YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN

You’ll take ownership of your station and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of every plate leaving the kitchen.





Complete mise en place and prepare dishes according to Chez Lionel standards;

Deliver consistent, high-quality execution throughout service;

Maintain high standards for quality and presentation;

Keep your station clean, organized, and efficient;

Ensure proper product rotation and freshness;

Work closely with the Chef and the rest of the brigade to ensure smooth and effective service.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1 to 3 years of professional kitchen experience

Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant

Fast, organized, and proud of delivering quality work

Strong team player

Eager to learn and develop your culinary skills

Culinary training is an asset
