Reporting to the Director of Culinary Services, the Cook prepares and delivers meals for residents and staff.

This position requires a commitment to food safety, menu review, and attractive meal presentation. Utilize your experience in large quantity food preparation within a supportive, person-centered workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver food for residents, guests, and staff
- Review menus and production sheets prior to meal preparation
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
- Conduct daily temperature audits for food storage
- Participate in planning special and theme meal days

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Red Seal Certificate preferred
- Experience in large quantity food preparation
- Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets
- Physically able to lift heavy, hot items
