Support project setup, including contact lists, utility accounts, project trackers, and construction documentation. Coordinate RFIs, Site Instructions, change orders, and other project communications between the site team, consultants, trades, and head office. Review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals, including preliminary reviews and follow-up with the Construction Manager.

Maintain project schedules and trackers, including actual start and finish dates, and identify potential risks to project timelines and occupancy. Prepare agendas, minutes, schedules, and follow-up items for trade and management meetings. Coordinate consultant inspections and maintain inspection distribution lists.

Coordinate building signage, security labelling, parking and storage allocation, enterphone programming, and other occupancy requirements. Manage commissioning, final inspection, and closeout activities,

including as-built documentation and closeout tracking. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure current drawings and records are properly filed and maintained in ProjectSight.
