As part of InnVest's finance team, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will execute daily and monthly accounting tasks and support financial reporting.

This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze multiple trial balances across various entities to ensure timely and accurate month-end closes. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations
- Perform account reconciliations for multiple entities
- Resolve discrepancies between accounting systems
- Handle payroll journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in regulatory filings and auditing processes Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of accounting experience; property knowledge is advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Robust attention to detail and ownership of work
