With a minimum of two years' experience in creator training and a successful background in TikTok or DTC, you'll provide actionable feedback and lead engaging training sessions.
Your role impacts growth as part of a rapidly expanding brand dedicated to raising revenue from $22M to $50M+. Key Responsibilities:
- Review creator submissions with detailed feedback within 24 hours
- Conduct 1-2 group training calls weekly for creators
- Identify and share trends to inspire content creation
- Manage the Discord community to foster engagement
- Track and prioritize coaching times for improvement
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in training creators
- Proven content performance and GMV results
- Strong understanding of creator content conversion
- Fluent in English with work from home flexibility
- Comfortable with Discord and community management
