The Crew Assignment

Coordinator mainly ensures that all Air Transat flights are adequately staffed. Daily management of operations related to flight crew. Daily management of AIMS production schedules. Management of daily changes (following FSN messages, modifying crew schedules). Daily monitoring of staffing levels versus operations.

Experience in managing complex schedules, an asset. ~ Knowledge of AIMS, RADIXX, ACES or Sabre, a major asset. ~ Ease with the MS Office suite and various technological tools.



~ Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)*. A positive command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The person in this position will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
