Full time | IVF Laboratory | Reproductive MedicineAbout Pollin FertilityPollin Fertility is a modern fertility and reproductive healthcare centre dedicated to transforming how patients experience fertility care.Our mission is to combine advanced reproductive technology, evidence-based medicine, and compassionate care to improve patient outcomes and redefine the fertility journey.Pollin is funded by FH Health, part of an expanding network of innovative healthcare organizations focused on advancing clinical care through technology, research, and scientific excellence.As we continue to grow, we are building a world-class IVF laboratory and are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about embryology, reproductive science, and improving patient outcomes.Senior Embryologist – IVF LaboratoryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Embryologist to join our IVF Laboratory team in Ottawa.This role is ideal for an embryologist with strong technical expertise in IVF laboratory procedures, micromanipulation techniques, and embryo culture systems who is looking to contribute to a progressive fertility program.Working closely with the IVF Laboratory Director and multidisciplinary clinical team, the Senior Embryologist will perform advanced laboratory procedures while supporting quality improvement, laboratory innovation, and optimal patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform core embryology procedures including oocyte processing, insemination, embryo culture, grading, cryopreservation, and embryo transfer preparationPerform advanced procedures including ICSI and embryo biopsy for PGTMaintain strict adherence to IVF laboratory protocols, quality control,
