On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their team of dedicated professionals in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia. This position provides clients with the best insurance coverage and protection available via phone, walk-in or digital communications.

They leverage technology and our Broker Management system and insurance company portals to process policy changes, prepare insurance quotes, review renewals, and sell, upsell and/or cross sell insurance policies. Be available to clients on Commercial Lines Phone Queue, through email and walk-ins.



Provide clients with the best insurance coverage and protection available.

Leverage Broker

Management system and insurance company portals to prepare insurance quotes and sell, upsell and/or cross sell insurance policies. Prepare and review renewals with customers and remarket policies as required. Connect with insurers and underwriters to discuss and submit risks.

Process policy changes and endorsements on insurance company portals. Report, document and follow up on claims on behalf of customers. Assist your teammates in ensuring our clients have achieved the best insurance experience possible.

Adhere to internal standardized procedures, standards, policies. Other sales or service projects as required. Commercial insurance experience 2-4 years minimum. Exceptional customer service philosophy with demonstrated customer service skills.

Not afraid to ask curious questions and look for opportunities in the best interest of the customer. Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and desire to achieve.
