AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $33.83 ou/or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027)

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

Job Responsibilities :

As a laboratory demonstrator,



you will be responsible for supervising laboratory sessions (3.5 hours each), during which you will give short presentations to students and assess their performance in the lab.

Responsibilities also include grading laboratory reports for all assigned sections, and supervising the introductory lab sessions held during the first week of the course. Additionally, you will be expected to respond to student inquiries via email. The role also involves ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

- B.Sc. in Biochemistry or equivalent
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of biochemical techniques
- Completion of training workshops on the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Reading proficiency in English is considered an asset
