An Edmonton client is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer communication and administrative operations.

Customer Service Representative Highlights:

- Manage daily customer communication through phone and email, handling approximately 8-10 customer interactions per day.
- Communicate with multinational and local oil and gas clients, with a solid focus on on-time delivery.
- Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls.
- Coordinate with the production team to support customer needs and ensure smooth order processes.
- Assist walk-in customers and maintain a professional office presence.
- Conduct occasional client visits, approximately 3-4 times per year.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems; training will be provided.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by gathering customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to generate sales and support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and professional communication.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
- Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

Hours & Wage:

- Wage: $22-25 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Employment Type: Contract with potential for permanent employment.
