Reporting to the Manager, Operations, you are responsible for assisting customers with online loan applications and the funds transfer process.



Use multiple web-based applications for investigation and verification Answer existing and potential customer questions with accuracy and urgency Build customer confidence in the services offered by Propel as a subject matter expert High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset Exceptional customer service skills: able to build rapport with clients and handle escalated calls Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Must be available to work Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm and Weekends 10am to 6pm Competitive salary and health benefits Group health and dental benefits Support for new parents This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive programs and total compensation may include variable incentives, such as bonuses and commissions.
