Elevate your career in cybersecurity with Powerex Corp as a Cybersecurity GRC Analyst. You will take ownership of GRC practices and collaborate closely with the Director of Cybersecurity. This full time role focuses on building a Governance, Risk & Compliance function to enhance oversight and risk visibility.

You will implement effective risk management strategies, oversee policy management, and ensure compliance across the organization. The position is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience in risk management, policy, and vendor risk management to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quarterly cybersecurity reports for governance committees
- Maintain an overview of the cybersecurity program and budget




- Own the cybersecurity risk register and facilitate reviews
- Manage vendor assessments and enforce security certifications
- Track audit findings for compliance reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Information Security or related field
- 3+ years in cybersecurity GRC with hands-on experience
- Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 frameworks
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills for executive summaries
