Support residents at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews as a Part Time Resident Care Attendant in Kelowna, BC. Deliver high-quality personal care while monitoring resident well-being and collaborating with healthcare teams.
In this permanent part-time role, you will report to the Director of Care or Resident Care Manager. Essential tasks include tub bathing, assisting with daily living activities, and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions. You will also participate in the development of personalized Nursing Care Plans to enhance residents' comfort and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report changes in resident status
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support feeding and nutrition during meals




• Participate in collaborative care planning with healthcare teams
• Ensure resident safety during transfers and mobility
Requirements:
• Registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Minimum HCA Provincial Certification required
• At least 5 years’ experience in a care setting
• Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience with Dementia care necessary
