About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically adept Field Sales Representative to cover the Northern Cape region, based out of Kimberley. This role focuses on selling specialized industrial equipment to businesses across various sectors. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs, and providing solutions that enhance their productivity. This position requires significant travel within the territory and offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial technology, blending field presence with remote coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory sales targets for industrial equipment.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.




- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless client integration.

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably within industrial equipment or related sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Kimberley and surrounds).
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales activities.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
