Experience within large

collaborating across technology, security, data, product, communications, and business functions

Exposure to

technology governance , risk, security, compliance, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, or SOC

Post-secondary education within an Information Technology or Engineering field

Nice to Have

Airline industry experience

Tour operator experience

Project or Program certification such as PMP or PRINCE2

Agile or Product Management related certification

Responsibilities

Establish program governance for complex technology transformation programs





Develop delivery plans balancing objectives and competing priorities across multiple product teams

Lead programs from inception to completion across multiple teams and product development cycles

Manage sequencing and dependencies at the program level

Coordinate proactive and reactive communications for sponsors and stakeholders

Manage escalations and propose mitigation strategies and corrective actions

Support fiscal governance and budget management across enterprise-wide programs and projects
