This position focuses on delivering exceptional service while handling complex pension calculations and member interactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate dedicated to supporting our Defined Benefit Pension clients.

With at least one year of relevant experience, you'll perform crucial calculations, manage pension records, and prepare important government forms. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of our clients' pension plans and contribute to our mission of better decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Calculate benefit entitlements for various events
- Conduct calculations on pension adjustments and prepare forms




- Prepare annual pension statements and indexation
- Update plan records and reconcile contributions
- Assist with pension system testing and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience with Defined Benefit plans
- Education in Math, Statistics, or Finance preferred
- Familiarity with pension legislation and tax provisions
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
