In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth daily operations, support clinical staff, and enhance patient experiences from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software
- Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records accurately
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and payment processing




- Assist dental staff with administrative duties, including filing, charting, and preparing treatment rooms
- Maintain organized records of patient histories, treatment plans, and billing information in electronic medical records systems
- Support chairside as needed

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment

No experience necessary. Training will be provided if you are a good fit with our team.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
