About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Assembly Line Lead to guide their assembly team in East London . This role is crucial for ensuring the productive and high-quality assembly of products, leading a team of assembly workers, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role essential for our manufacturing success. Lead and supervise a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance and support. Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow.

Train new team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols .



Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards. Report production data, issues, and team performance to the Production Supervisor.

Previous experience as an Assembly Line Lead or in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing. Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control measures. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
