Lead the design management for complex construction projects with Ledcor's Building Construction team. Your expertise in P3 and Design-Build processes will drive project success. As a Design Build Manager, you will oversee large-scale projects, managing design development, scheduling, and compliance through to execution.

Collaborating closely with the Construction Manager, stakeholders, and trade partners, you’ll ensure that all design deliverables meet project objectives and contractual requirements. Your leadership will also encompass risk management and facilitating value analysis to optimize project outcomes. Manage project planning and resource allocation for P3 projects

- Define and monitor design schedules and deliverables




- Identify opportunities and risks impacting schedules and budgets
- Facilitate contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with teams to evaluate designs and materials 7+ years in design build management
- Solid understanding of Integrated Project Delivery
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of construction documents and budgets
- Proficient with MS Office, Revit, and Navisworks Lead innovative design solutions and ensure project excellence with Ledcor.
