Ltd. | Digital Records Assistant, Contract | Opened on 10/02/2026 | Pay rate: $20-25 per hour Applewood Auto Group | Langley Head Office Temporary Full-Time Contract | 2 Months, with Possibility of Extension Monday-Friday | 100% In-Office $20.00-$25.00 per hour Applewood Auto Group is looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Contract Digital Records Assistant to support our Legal Operations Manager with a large-scale digital records organization project. Over the years, our organization has accumulated thousands of digital records and files . Your job will be to help systematically review, organize and clean up those records so that files are accurately named, categorized and stored in the correct locations.

This is not simply a data-entry or file-moving position. You will work independently under the direction of the Legal Operations Manager to: Review and organize a high volume of digital files and documents Once you understand the process and expectations, you can keep yourself moving without constant supervision.



Strong computer and digital file-management skills Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or similar digital document-management systems is an asset Previous administrative, records-management, legal, compliance or document-control experience is an asset Legal experience is not required.
