Our client, manufacturing and industrial operations is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the maintenance and supply chain function supporting maintenance planning and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts availability. The ideal candidate will have solid attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Pay Range: $38/hr - $42/hr

Shift: Days (01:00-03:00)

What's the Job?

- Develop and maintain inventory strategies for maintenance parts to support equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Ensure critical spare parts are available when needed while optimizing stock levels to prevent overstocking.
- Track inventory usage and adjust reorder points based on consumption trends and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to source MRO materials, monitor lead times, and escalate supplier issues that impact maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records in the CMMS or ERP system, including cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

What's Needed?

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in MRO inventory management, maintenance planning, or supply chain roles.
- Experience with CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of MRO inventory management principles and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication and collaboration skills to work with maintenance, procurement, and suppliers.
