We’re hiring for a well-established Hamilton manufacturer (40+ years in business) specializing in precision production machining — this is NOT a job shop, meaning consistent work, clean processes, and a structured environment. Wage: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour What You Will Be Doing Set up and operate CNC lathes (Mazak, Miyano or similar) Load bar stock and monitor production runs Make tooling adjustments and optimize speeds/feeds Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Troubleshoot minor issues and respond to machine alarms Perform routine machine maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We Are Looking For:
