This is a hands-on chance for someone who wants significant ownership of the funding process, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the ability to help shape processes within a growing platform.Responsibilities:Manage commercial mortgage transactions from commitment through funding and closingCoordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, insurers,



and other third partiesReview loan documentation and ensure funding conditions are satisfiedSupport post-closing administration and loan servicingAssist with underwriting and transaction analysis as requiredManage multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and deadlinesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficienciesQualifications:2+ years of experience in commercial mortgage funding, loan closing, mortgage administration, or commercial real estate financeStrong understanding of commercial mortgage transactions and funding processesCMHC experience is highly preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative environmentExperience with a bank, mortgage lender, MIC, or commercial real estate finance platform is an asset
