Responsibilities File and maintain physical and electronic financial documents in an organized manner Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely Assist with invoice matching,



coding and obtaining necessary approvals Support with vendor record maintenance and document management Help reconcile invoice discrepancies or missing documentation Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, copying and data cleanup Skills and Characteristics Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word & Excel. Meticulous and precise. Ability to work autonomously or within a team.
