What You’ll Do Lead with purpose and confidence as you oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within the community Inspire and support a team of PSWs and nursing staff, building a strong, engaged, and high-performing care team Complete resident assessments and ensure care plans are thoughtfully developed, individualized, and consistently executed Act as a key clinical resource within the community, supporting best practices and ensuring high standards of care Partner closely with families, providing updates, building trust, and ensuring peace of mind Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, resident-centered care Take ownership of clinical quality by conducting audits, monitoring outcomes,
